* If you provide your VAT ID, the invoice will be issued without VAT. Cheques are not accepted.
Returns and complaints
Returns are processed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Please register your return within 14 days of receipt and contact our customer service for further information on the return address and the process. Please note the following:
- The items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- If the signs are not bagged, please make sure that the magnet does not come into contact with the viewing window.
- Please keep the proof of postage/shipping receipt.
To ensure your return arrives undamaged, please pack the goods carefully—ideally in the same way you received them. Please understand that we must deduct any material and labour costs incurred due to damage caused by insufficient packaging from the credit note. Thank you for your cooperation.
