Many of our badgepoint® name tags are designed for convenient self-labeling on your own PC. This means you can print your own name cards and then insert them into your badges. If you want to make the labeling process really quick and straightforward - as well as get the best results - you should ideally use MS Word templates in combination with our Quick & Clean printing sheets . Word templates are also a useful option if you simply need a small quantity of name tags or only want to do labeling once or twice a year.

Select your chosen name tag from the drop-down menu. Now click on DOWNLOAD. A dialog box will open, asking you to either open or save the file. We recommend that you store the file in a suitable location on your PC. As well as the actual template, it also contains detailed instructions on how to label the Word template. If you opt to label your name badges using the Word print template but without Quick & Clean printing sheets, we recommend that - for best results - you use a thicker, premium grade of paper for printing and cut the individual name cards to size using a guillotine.
